RESOLVED: That the Committee –
(i) Noted the difficult circumstances facing the Trust as it moves forward into 2022/23 as a result of successive lockdowns, audience restrictions and challenges faced with the capital programme over the course of the past year;
(ii) Supported the outline plans for 2022/23.
