1.1 Apologies were received from Cllrs Rainey, Barnett, O’Quinn, Lewry and Brennan.
1.2 Cllr Evans attended as substitute for Cllr O’Quinn;
Cllr McNair attended as substitute for Cllr Barnett.
1.3 There were no declarations of interest.
1.4 RESOLVED – that the press and public be not excluded from the meeting.
