To approve as a correct record the minutes of:

(a)       the Special Council Meeting held on the 30^th April 2009

(b)       the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 30^th April 2009, and

(c)       the Annual Council Meeting held on the 14^th May 2009 (copies attached).

2.1           The minutes of (a) the Special Meeting and (b) the Ordinary Meeting of the Council held on the 30^th April 2009 were approved and signed by the Mayor as a correct record of the proceedings.

2.2           The minutes of the Annual Council Meeting held on the 14^th May 2009 were approved and signed by the Mayor as a correct record of the proceedings.
