Resolved-

1)             That the Committee, having taken account of all comments on the TRO-1b-2023, approves the closure of Blackman Street at its junction with Trafalgar Street.

2)             That the Committee, having taken account of all comments on TRO-1a-2023, approves changes to the junction of Trafalgar Street and Whitecross Street, including extension of the one-way restriction.
