Public Speakers Note: A person wishing to speak at a meeting of the Committee shall give written notice of their intention to do so to the Democratic Services Officer four clear days before the meeting (normally, the Committee meets on Wednesdays which means the notice has to be received by 5.30pm the preceding Friday). 96.1    Following the Call Over process the committee agreed to discuss the following items: A, B, C, D, F, G and H. Items E and I were not called for discussion and the officer recommendation was therefore taken as having been agreed unanimously.
