Agenda item - Chair's Communications

The Chair of the Board will start the meeting with a short update on recent developments on health and wellbeing.

2.1       The Chair explained that a special meeting had been called because the Shared Delivery Plan needed to be submitted by 30 June, so could not wait until the scheduled Board meeting on 18 July.
