30.1      The Committee noted the content of the letters received from the Planning Inspectorate advising of the results of planning appeals which had been lodged as set out in the agenda. The Planning Manager informed the committee that the Planning Inspector had dismissed two telecom masts applications as the operators had not considered the buildings properly and the inspector had agreed with the council regarding the grounds for refusal. It was noted that this was a change to previous inspector decisions.
