That the Cabinet Member for Housing:

Agrees delegated authority for Lead Member for Housing, in consultation with Corporate Director for Homes & Adult Social Care to utilise allocated Homes England funding for improvement to fire safety in Brighton & Hove for all agreed and future Cladding Safety Schemes.
