Decisions for issue Response to the report of the Scrutiny Review on Information Sharing regarding Vulnerable Adults

(1)       That the the evidence, findings and recommendations of the Scrutiny Panel on information sharing regarding vulnerable adults, be noted.

(2)               That the actions and comments summarised in Appendix 1 to the report, in response to the Panel’s recommendations, be agreed. 

(3)               The the progress already achieved on the actions, be noted.
