Decisions for issue Waterfront project

RESOLVED: That the Committee

1.    Authorised the Executive Director for Economy, Environment

 and Culture to agree the terms of and enter into a standstill agreement in relation to the Conditional Land Acquisition Agreement (CLAA) with Aberdeen Standard Investments.

2.    Agreed that a commercial advisor is procured in order to support any future negotiations, to be funded from the Brighton Centre Reserve.
