Decisions for issue Community Equipment Service commission

RESOLVED – (1) That the Sub Committee approves the joint reprocurement of the Integrated Community Equipment Service Contract in collaboration with the Brighton and Hove Clinical Commissioning Group (BHCCG); and

(2) That the Sub Committee delegates authority to the Executive Director of Health and Adult Social Care to award the contract to the successful bidder for an initial term of five years, subject to satisfactory delivery and performance.
