ePetition - Whitehawk Way/Twineham close parking permits

We need parking permits here because more people are parking their cars in the bays and leaving them for weeks on end. They seem to be leaving their cars with family members and going on holiday, parking around here is limited as it is. Double yellows around the circle of the close would benefit us too as it will stop big vans and tow trucks blocking the cars in. Could we also get numbered bays? As it’s causing quite a disturbance between residents thinking the bays belong to them and is causing arguments in the street over the bay. Ive seen vulgar notes being left on the windscreens of cars because of this too. Please can you install permits and numbered bays in our close.
