Save Benfield Valley
We the undersigned petition Brighton & Hove Council to maintain the 'outdoor and recreation and leisure use only' covenant on the land at Benfield Valley.
The developer has applied to the Land Tribunal to have the above covenant removed.
The BV is a local green space and a conservation area, well-used and loved by the whole community. A section of the land was deemed an Asset of Community Value, demonstrating the level of importance to local residents.
This petition is an objection to any application to discharge or modify the restrictive covenant on Benfield Valley.
This ePetition runs from 14/09/2026 to 27/01/2027.
