Controlled residents parking in Carden Avenue

We the undersigned petition Brighton & Hove Council to introduce controlled residents parking in Carden Avenue on the intersection with Graham Avenue. Parking in Carden Avenue in the intersection with Graham Avenue has become very problematic for the residents, to the point that residents cannot park in their own homes. This situation has become particularly difficult with non resident leaving their cars parks for weeks. This is also particularly dangerous since there is a bus stop on this intersection and there is very little to no room for maneuver for drivers to avoid a stopping bus and the upcoming traffic, specially when driving at 30 MPH (Carden Avenue speed limit). This is also creating issues with council refuse trucks being unable to safely and effectively collect recycling and rubbish bin.

Finally, elderly neighbours are badly affected by this situation since they are not able to park at their homes and very difficult pull away which might cause accidents
