Housing, Health & Safety Update.
In light of significant changes in management
and maintenance of council housing and legislative and regulatory
changes impacting social housing landlords following the Grenfell
Tower tragedy, the Housing Management service has undertaken a
review of our approach toward health & safety compliance and
assurance for council homes.
This report updates Committee on progress against key Housing
health & safety review outcomes and actions to date.
