Brighton Marina Neighbourhood Plan – Decision Statement
The examination into the Brighton Marina
Neighbourhood Plan has now been completed and the examiner’s
report has been published. Subject to a number of modifications,
the Examiner recommends that the plan can proceed to local
referendum.
The Council must now publish a Decision Statement setting out what
actions it intends to take in response to each of the
examiner’s recommendations.
Members are therefore asked to agree the Council’s Decision
Statement and that the amended Plan is then made subject to two
local referendums (one for businesses and one for local residents)
to be held within the Brighton Marina Neighbourhood Area.
