Marine Parade Bus Lane ETRO
The Marine Parade bus lane project was
implemented under an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO)
following an initial public consultation. A subsequent six-month
consultation period was undertaken as part of the ETRO to gather
further feedback. This report summarises the responses received
during the consultation periods and recommends that the ETRO be
made permanent.

An initial consultation period was conducted
for the Marine Parade bus lane project, involving multiple
stakeholders, including Brighton & Hove Buses and members of
the public. As part of the Experimental Traffic Regulation Order
(ETRO), a further six-month consultation period was undertaken to
gather additional public feedback.
