To advise Cabinet of the current project progress status and seek agreement to the Final Business Case for submission to Partnerships for Schools following receipt of detailed Planning Approval.

Consultation process

Prior to submission, consultation on the proposed content and format of the FBC will have been undertaken with the Project Sponsor, the Design User Group, Project Steering Group and Partnership Board. The proposals are to be submitted for detailed Planning Approval on 13th July 2009, following a public exhibition on 22nd June 2009.

Statutory and non-statutory consultation will be undertaken with key stakeholders as part of the Planning Consultation process.
