Housing Strategy 2009-2014: Healthy Homes, Healthy Lives, Healthy city
Approval is sought for the citywide Housing Strategy and also the linked Older People's Housing Strategy and LGBT People's Housing Strategy. Approval is also being sought from the Local Strategic Partnership
Note:
Title correction – Original title read ‘Housing Strategy 2009-2013: Healthy Homes, Healthy Lives, Healthy city’. This should have read 2009-2014
Note:
This item has been withdrawn as the draft Housing Strategy 2009-2014 is being presented to Cabinet on 12 November. The current timetable for approving the strategy resulted in the Cabinet Member for Housing having to sign off the strategy twice, once at her Housing Cabinet Member Meeting and again the following day in Cabinet. It has been recognised that there would be no benefit gained from this so the Cabinet Member for Housing has requested that the report should go direct to Cabinet. It should also be noted that the strategy is being initially reviewed by the Cabinet Member for Housing as part of Housing Management Consultative Committee on 12 October.
