To approve allocation of funding to schemes/projects following budget approval by full Council.
Note: This item is being deferred as the principal areas of work that could be funded through the 2011/12 budget allocated to the LTP investment programme by the council will now be considered and agreed at the Cabinet meeting on 7 April. This decision will therefore not need to be made at the 31 March Environment CMM.
