Proposed New School for Hove - Consultation regarding Permanent arrangements
The purpose of this report is to seek
authorisation to commence the statutory process to make permanent
the temporary arrangements at Connaught.

Consultation process
The consultation to be undertaken will comply
with the requirements of the School Organisation regulations that
are currently in place. This requires that we consult with any
person who may have an interest in the proposal.

This item is being withdrawn as it is being brought Forward to November 2011 Cabinet to assist the school with the appointment of staff for September 2012.

The item has been deferred to allow the school and the Local Authority time to consider how the situation is working out for the school, pupils staff and parents. It is now intended to bring a paper forward in January 2012 when the temporary arrangements will have been in place for a term.
