On 9 June 2011 a report was presented to
Cabinet recommending that Patcham Place be marketed by agents for
disposal by way of a long leasehold interest and that Cabinet
consider a subsequent report summarising the results of the
marketing exercise. This report provides that summary and puts
forward a further recommendation to accept one of the bids
offered.
