Article 4 direction - Houses in Multiple Occupation
Authorisation is sought to make an article 4
direction under planning legislation. The direction would require a
planning application to be submitted to change the use of a single
house (class C3) to a House in Multiple Occupation (C4) and is
intended to help tackle issues arising from concentrations of
Houses in Multiple Occupation.
