To set out the
proposed admission arrangements for community schools for 20013/14
and proposed admission numbers for all maintained schools in the
City.
To set out the revised schemes for co-ordinated
admissions, including key dates, and also the background to
consultation with Voluntary Aided schools on their admission
arrangements.

Consultation process
Consultation on the LA’s proposed
admission arrangements and admission numbers has been undertaken
with all schools in the city and with neighbouring LAs in
accordance with the requirements of the Education Act 2002, and
also with the Church of England and the Roman Catholic Diocesan
Authorities. The closing date for the consultation was 28th
February 2012
