Statement of Licensing Policy amendments due to revised legislation and guidance
Licensing committee approval sought to make
minor amendments to the Statement of Licensing Policy and consult
with statutory consultees under the Licensing Act. If no
substantial responses to the consultation are received the
intention is to seek full Council approval for the amendments. If
such responses are received, a further report will be brought back
to the Licensing Committee first.
