Proposed options for the provision of 3 Junior forms Central Hove - Site acquisition - Exempt Category 3
That Policy and Resources Committee endorses
the preferred option of providing the additional junior classes
needed in central Hove from September 2014.
That Policy and Resources Committee authorises the Strategic
Director People jointly with Strategic Director Resources to
acquire (in consultation with the relevant Committee members),
without planning consent in place, the freehold interest in the
Hove Police Station, Holland Road, Hove, in order to be able to
provide the necessary site to provide the three junior classes
required from September 2014.
