Policy & Resources Committee on 29 November 2012 (available as
Annex 2 to this document). It recommended a declaration of intent
to designate Brighton & Hove as a no-Fracking zone. The
Committee will be asked to recommend a declaration of intent to
designate Brighton & Hove as a no-Fracking zone.
