Annual Review of Repairs Partnership 2012/13
This document provides an update on progress
with the Repairs & Improvement Partnership with Mears in the
financial year 2012/13, this is the third year of the partnership.
The partnership is scheduled to run until March 2020 and delivers
responsive repairs, empty property refurbishments, planned works
and major refurbishment projects across the city.
