Sheltered housing stock review
An asset based review of the council's 23
sheltered housing schemes, which makes recommendations to ensure
our stock is fit for purpose now and into the future.
A key decision to flow from the review is the conversion, where
possible, of all our remaining sheltered studios into one bedroom
flats.
