Local Aggregate Assessment for East Sussex and Brighton & Hove
The National Planning Policy Framework states
that Mineral Planning Authorities should plan for a steady and
adequate supply of aggregates by peparing an annual Local
Aggregates Assessment (LAA) based on a rolling average of 10 years
sales data and other relevant information. In line with other waste
and minerals planning policy documents, the LAA for Brighton &
Hove has been jointly produced with East Sussex County
Council.
