Designation of Neighbourhood/Business Area and Neighbourhood Forum - Brighton Marina
The purpose of this report is to determine two
neighbourhood planning applications. One seeks the designation of a
Brighton Marina Neighbourhood/Business Area and the other seeks the
designation of a respective Brighton Marina Neighbourhood Forum.
This will enable the forum to prepare a Neighbourhood Development
Plan in the area in accordance with the Localism Act
2011.
