20mph Programme
The purpose of this report is to update the Committee on the progress and monitoring of Phases 1 and 2 of the 20mph programme, to outline the results of recent public consultation onproposals for Phase 3 of the programme, to present the revisedproposals for Phase 3 which have been informed by the findings of the consultation and to seek approval to progress to the next stage of consultation for Phase 3, namely the advertising of Speed Limit Orders.
