Health and Safety Service Plan 2015-16
The Health & Safety Service Plan is
required under the National Local Authority Enforcement Code issued
by the Health and Safety Executive, under Section 18 of the Health
and Safety at Work etc Act 1974.
The plan details the work of the team and how the Council intends
to comply with its duties to provide adequate arrangements for
health and safety enforcement.
