New Homes for Neighbourhoods Whitehawk development sites final approval
The report will present the final designs for
development proposals in the Whitehawk estate and asks for
agreement on the tenure mix, rent level and associated subsidy
requirement. The report will also ask for the required land
transfer and associated payment between the General Fun and Housing
Revenue Account to be recommended to Policy & Resources
Committee.
