Former Peter Pan site - Sea Lanes Lease Agreement – Part 1
In Autumn 2014 the Council marketed the area
known as the former Peter Pan site on Maderia Drive The results of
the marketing exercise were reported to Economic Development &
Culture Committee in March 2015, where Landlord’s consent was
granted. The committee then agreed that Heads of Terms with the
preferred bidder would be presented to Policy & Resources
Committee for approval.
