Parking Standards Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for new development
The report seeks formal adoption of the draft
Parking Standards Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). Once
adopted, the SPD will replace the existing parking standard
guidance and will be used as a guide when assessing the levels of
all types of parking in new developments which require planning
permission.
