The Health & Safety Annual Service Plan is
a statutory document required under guidance issued by the Health
and Safety Executive (HSE), National Local Authority Enforcement
Code. This Code requires Local Authorities to make adequate
arrangements for providing a health and safety service that
includes an enforcement role.
