Commissioning Strategy for domestic and sexual abuse
Coming to the board in order to provide an
update on current commissioning strategy for domestic and sexual
abuse services, future proposals including co-commissioning
arrangements and to approve recommendations for procurement moving
forward
The report will cover:
X Current profile of need for domestic and sexual abuse
services
X Update on commissioning activity since 2015
X Proposals for procurement moving forward, including future
contract(s) for the supply of specialist services for
victim/survivors of domestic and sexual abuse
Tender approval is sort to meet the contracting end timelines,
specifically to obtain the agreement of Policy & Resources
Committee to tender for and award a new contract for the supply of
a specialist service to be in place from April 2019.
This report will not be going to other committees.
