Valley Gardens Phase 3 - (Royal Pavilion to Seafront) Approval of Outline Business Case
Recommendation to Approve the prepared Outline
Business Case to be submitted to C2C LEP Board meeting for funding
decision. £6m Local Growth Fund (LGF). Board meeting January
2019. Outline Business Case will be appended to this report. The
project area takes in the highway and public /green space across
the Old Steine and the Palace Pier roundabout area. The final
section/phase of the planning and design of an integrated
sustainable transport corridor in a historic and iconic
location.
