Review of Planning Performance Agreement charges
Introduction of dual charging system for
Planning Performance Agreement (PPAs). This will involve the
introduction of a high rate charge for fast track PPAs, alongside
the standard charge, for when an applicant is seeking an
accelerated timeline for advice and planning application decision.
The higher rate will reflect the cost of agency and consultancy
staff required to deliver this work.
