BHCC currently has related2 contacts for the provision of a fully managed and rationsalise printing, copying anf scanning solution. both contracts aew due to expire by the end of March 2020 with an option to be terminated prior to this. this report recomends a reprocurement exercise to review and renew this service with a view to maintianing quality and driving cost and sustainability improvements as far as possible
