Adoption of Updated Design Guide for Extensions and Alterations SPD
This report seeks the adoption of Updated
Design Guide for Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning
Document (SPD). It sets out the results of consultation undertaken
on the draft SPD and changes made in response to comments. Once
adopted, the updated SPD will provide guidance to applicants
undertaking extensions and alterations to their properties and
assist in planning decisions.
