Planning Application Validation Review – Community Infrastructure Levy
In connection with the planned introduction of
a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) in June 2020, the local
validation requirements for planning applications have been
reviewed to require a CIL Additional Information Form 1 as part of
the validation process from 2nd March 2020 for certain
applications.
