Victoria Road Housing Scheme Update
Members of the Housing Supply Board have
requested a report be prepared for Housing Committee advising
members of the amended budget for the Victoria Road Housing Scheme.
The report will provide a narrative on the increase in costs
associated with decisions which have recently been taken on the
superstructure, energy options and sustainability measures, in
order to meet the council's fire safety and carbon neutral
requirements for new housing developments of this kind.
