support for a new enlarged Business Improvement District, b)
Delegated authority for the Executive Director for Economy
Environment & Culture to sign off the Operational Agreement
between the BID and the Local Authority; and c) Delegated authority
for the Executive Director for Economy Environment & Culture to
oversee the Council's role in administering the BID Ballot
process
