The Local Government & Social Care
Ombudsman (LGSCO) has issued a Public Interest report as a result
of a complaint brought to them about an Adult Social Care
service.
The LGSCO's role is to remedy injustice and share learning from
investigations to help improve public, and adult social care,
services. In this case the Ombudsman has made specific
recommendations, including the presentation of the report and
recommendations to elected members.
