i360 Loan Restructure
This report updates on the timetable and
process for arriving at a final loan restructure for the loan from
the city council to the i360. Due to the timetable meaning that the
restructure cannot be completed before the end of December, the
report proposes that the December 2021 payment is taken upon
completion of the restructure and the payment is in line with what
it would have been had the restructure taken place prior to the end
of December 2021.
