Strategic Delivery Board, Major Projects and Regeneration & Investment Plan update
Following the reintroduction of Project Boards
and Working Groups the role of the Strategic Delivery Board (SDB)
has been reviewed with Board members to ensure that it has a
strategic focus and compliments the work of the other Boards and
Groups.
SDB’s Terms of Reference have been revised in line with this
review.
This report also proposed that a Regeneration & Investment Plan
for the city is commissioned and provides and update on major
projects in the city.
