- Councillor Alex Phillips - Non Pecuniary - Stated that in view of her role as an MEP she had consulted with the Monitoring Officer and although she had no direct pecuniary interest in the issue to be debated, she had sought and been granted dispensation to speak and vote on the motion listed as Item 34, Brexit Preparations and City-Wide Scrutiny
