Outside bodies - Transport for the South East

A Member Partnership Board at Leader or Executive / Lead Councillor level comprising representation from 16 Local Transport Authorities within the South East Region. The Body is currently in ‘Shadow’ Status but is seeking Statutory Status later this year. Its role is to set a Transport Strategy and further represent and deliver Transport Infrastructure and support Growth for the Region and work in partnership with Government and Strategic Agencies including Network Rail, Highways England, National Parks, 5 LEPs and 44 Boroughs & Districts.
